How do I apply a promo code?

Enter your code in the "Discount code" field during checkout. Please note that only one promo code can be used per order, and they cannot be combined with other offers or automatic discounts.

Why is my promo code not working?

Promo codes cannot be stacked. If you are already enjoying an automatic deal, a second code will not apply. Also, ensure the code hasn't expired and your cart meets the minimum requirements.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly. Please Email Us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can always check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and join our Rewards Program to earn points for future discounts.

How do I use my Store Credit?

Using your Store Credit is simple and automatic! Just follow these steps:

  • Make sure you are Logged In to your OumoJewelry account before checking out.

2. Checkout:

  • Proceed to the Payment step of the checkout process.

3. Apply Credit:

  • Under the Payment Options section, you will see your available Store Credit balance. Simply check the box or click "Apply" to use it.

4. Instant Discount:

  • The credit amount will be immediately deducted from your order total.

Note: Store Credit can be used in combination with one promo code.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your delivery time depends on your location and the items ordered:

  1. Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 48 hours. If your order includes customized pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment.
  2. Shipping Estimates:
  • USA, UK, & Germany: 5-8 business days。
  • Canada, Australia, & Europe: 8-15 business days.
  • Mexico & Brazil: 15-25 business days.

Where can I find my tracking information?

It depends on how you placed your order:

  • For Guest Checkout:

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this email.

  • For Account Holders:

Simply Log In to your OumoJewelry account. Go to "My Orders", select your recent purchase, and you will find the real-time tracking status and history there.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $60.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide! If you can find your country in the checkout dropdown menu, we can deliver to you.

Note: Some remote regions may require additional transit time.

What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. Please check with neighbors or your building manager first.

If it hasn't arrived within 2 business days of the "Delivered" status, contact us so we can open an investigation.

Will I have to pay international customs or duties?

No, you don't have to worry about that! All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

We ensure a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) experience, so there are no hidden fees or surprise charges when your package arrives.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns on all products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging.

Note: For hygiene reasons, piercing jewelry must remain in its original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please Email Us with your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions within 48 hours.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please follow our return process to send back your original item for Store Credit.

Once your return is processed, you can use the credit to place a new order for your preferred piece.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

We are so sorry for the mistake! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged product. We will prioritize a free replacement or refund for you immediately.

Are there any return shipping fees?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover all associated costs.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the form of Store Credit. You will receive an email with the credit details, which can be used anytime for any future purchases on our website.

What materials are your jewelry made of?

We use a curated selection of high-quality metals to ensure beauty and durability. Our collection includes ASTM F-136 Titanium (implant grade), 316L Surgical Steel, and 14K Gold/White Gold plated pieces with Sterling Silver or Brass bases.

All materials are lead-free and nickel-free.

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! For those with highly sensitive skin or new piercings, we recommend our ASTM F-136 Titanium collection. It is biocompatible and the most recommended material by professional piercers to avoid allergic reactions and promote healing.

Will the gold or silver plating fade?

Plating can naturally wear over time depending on usage and skin chemistry.

Our 14K Gold and White Gold plating is designed for longevity, but to maintain the original luster, we recommend following our care instructions to minimize contact with moisture and chemicals.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Our Titanium and Surgical Steel pieces are highly water-resistant.

However, for Gold/Silver plated Brass or Silver pieces, we advise removing them before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent the plating from wearing down prematurely.

Why do you use ASTM F-136 Titanium?

It is the gold standard for body jewelry. ASTM F-136 is an implant-grade material that is lighter than steel, incredibly durable, and 100% hypoallergenic. It contains no nickel, making it the safest choice for long-term wear in piercings.

How should I care for my OumoJewelry pieces?

To keep your jewelry sparkling, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions. Store each piece separately in your OumoJewelry pouch to prevent scratching and oxidation.
