  • A crystal or stone coming off because loose prongs or weak bonding.
  • Structural failure of a piece (e.g., weld/connection points separating naturally)

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Some issues occur due to daily wear or external factors and are not considered manufacturing defects. Not covered under warranty:

  • Lost items (including toppers, screw-on ends, threadless ends, or rings).
  • Ends that fall off during wear.
  • Damage caused by improper use, force, bending, or accidental impact.
  • Scratches, wear-and-tear, or color changes caused by chemicals, alcohol, skincare products, or cleaning agents.
