We stand behind our craftsmanship. This guarantee applies exclusively to our Titanium Collection. If your piece has a manufacturing defect within 365 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a one-time replacement, subject to a US$6.99 shipping fee.
If we’re unable to replace the original item (e.g., it’s out of stock or discontinued), you may choose an item of equal or lower value. Any price difference will not be refunded.
Not covered:
- Accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss or theft
- Damage from harsh chemicals or excessive heat
