Your wholesale tier depends on your monthly volume, not on your business format — there's no minimum studio size, no piercer-only rule, no exclusions.
The first sample order can be as small as you'd like — most studios start with $300 – $500. Restock orders unlock the full wholesale price tier from $500. No annual minimum, no "keep buying or lose your discount."
Yes — and we'll prove it. Every titanium shipment ships with the mill certificate for the batch. If you want to see one before you order, ask us during application and we'll attach a recent cert.
In-stock SKUs ship from our warehouse in 1–3 business days. International delivery is typically 4–8 days door-to-door via DDP express (taxes & duties paid by us — no surprise bills for your studio).
Yes. Custom poly-bag stickers from 200 pieces, custom card backers from 500 pieces, fully printed boxes from 1,000 pieces. We'll send a packaging menu with your account.
Not by default. If your studio operates at a high volume tier and exclusivity is important, we're open to a conversation — bring it up after your first order so we both know what "high volume" looks like for your market.
Anything that arrives faulty, mis-threaded, or off-spec — we replace it, no questions, no return shipping. Studios send a quick photo, we send a fix.
First order is prepaid. From your second order, established studios can request Net-30 terms — credit-checked once, then it's just there.
