1. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Each product is eligible for one return or exchange only.
2. Return Options
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose:

Refund to Original Payment Method
A full refund will be issued to your original form of payment. -
Store Credit
A full refund issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.
3. Exchanges (Size / Variant)
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or variant.
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
- Once received, we will process your exchange accordingly
For size-related issues, you can contact us at hello@oumojewelry.com before returning. Our team (including professional piercers) can help recommend a more comfortable and suitable size based on your wearing experience.
4. Lost Pieces / Missing Parts
Lost items or detached pieces (such as tops/charms.backs) are not eligible for return or refund.
If you need replacement parts or compatible accessories, please contact us at hello@oumojewelry.com — we’ll help you find the correct fit.
5. Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process returns lost in transit
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted
