We accept returns on all products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes! We recommend our ASTM F-136 Implant-Grade Titanium pieces as the top choice for new piercings and highly sensitive skin. Some materials may react to skin oils over time — if you have very sensitive skin, we suggest occasional wear rather than 24/7 use for those pieces.
Log into your account and proceed to checkout. Under the Payment Options section, you'll see your available Store Credit balance — simply apply it for an immediate deduction from your order total.
Check on each product page, If an item is eligible for customization, the available options will be clearly listed there.

Order & Shipping
Most orders are processed within 48–72 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders that include customized pieces may require 3–5 business days for fulfillment. Shipping times after dispatch:

Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues. Please allow a few extra business days beyond the estimated window. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it for you right away.
Yes! We offer free shipping for orders over $60 USD.
We're sorry to hear that! Please first check with neighbors or any safe spots where the carrier may have left your package. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Customs fees and import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your country's customs office.

To initiate a return, please submit your return request on our return center.
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

You can redeem points for free products and essential accessories in our Points Shop. We regularly update the shop with new items, so check back often to see what's available.
Once you redeem your points for a reward, you'll receive a unique reward code. Apply this code at checkout to claim your free item. Make sure to use it before the expiry date listed on your reward.
Reward codes generally cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Only one discount can be applied per order. Store Credit, however, can be used alongside reward codes.
Points remain active as long as your account is in good standing and you make at least one purchase per year. We'll notify you if your points are close to expiring so you don't miss out.

Yes! We recommend ASTM F-136 Implant-Grade Titanium as the best option for new piercings and sensitive skin. It is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and biocompatible. Some other materials may react with skin oils over time, so we suggest occasional wear for those if you have very sensitive skin.
Implant-grade titanium pieces can generally handle brief water exposure, but we recommend removing all jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising to extend the life of your pieces. Prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, or sweat can affect certain metals and finishes.
ASTM F-136 Titanium is the same grade used in medical implants. It is:
- Nickel-free — ideal for allergy-prone skin
- Biocompatible — safe for healed and healing piercings
- Lightweight — comfortable for all-day wear
- Corrosion-resistant — long-lasting even with daily use
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Store pieces in the provided pouch or a soft jewelry box
- Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, and chemicals
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing
- Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, or sleeping
Customization
Yes! For most standard size adjustments — such as changing a 6mm post to an 8mm post — we provide this service completely free of charge.
Check the Product Detail or Description section on each product page. If an item is eligible for customization, the available options will be clearly listed. You can also contact us to ask about a specific piece.
You can submit your customization request in the Order Notes field at checkout, or by contacting us directly with your order number and the specific customization you need.
Standard size adjustments are completely free. More complex customizations may incur an additional fee depending on the work involved. We'll always confirm any costs with you before proceeding.
Customized orders typically require an additional 3–5 business days for fulfillment beyond our standard processing time. You'll receive an email confirmation once your customized piece is ready to ship.
Payment
We accept all major payment methods including:

Our store displays prices in multiple currencies. The currency shown at checkout will be the one you're charged in. Please note that your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee if the currency differs from your card's default currency.
At checkout, look for the "Discount Code" or "Promo Code" field. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment.
Promo codes may not work if:
- The code has expired
- Minimum order requirements haven't been met
- The items in your cart are excluded from the promotion
- A different discount is already applied (only one discount per order)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving your return. If you prefer, you can also opt for Store Credit which is processed faster. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
