1. Send us an email at hello@oumojewelry.com with your return request. Be sure to include your order number and the image of the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Our friendly support team will respond promptly with the next steps and all the details you need to complete your return.
3. Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue your store credit, which you can use anytime for any of our products.

- I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us at hello@oumojewelry.com with the email titled “Incorrect Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear image of the incorrect product received.
