Refund & Return Policy

14-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Each product is eligible for one return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, worn piercing jewelry cannot be returned. Lost items or detached components (tops, charms, backs) are not eligible.

How to return or exchange:

Submit your request at our Return Center.
We review it and email you once it's approved.
Return to the Return Center to view the return address and enter your return parcel's tracking number.
Once we receive your package, we process your refund or exchange.

Refund options: Choose a refund to your original payment method, or opt for store credit and receive an extra 5% bonus — processed faster and easy to apply at checkout.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for all returns and exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Refund timing: Returns are processed within 7 business days of arriving at our warehouse, with an email confirmation once complete. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or variant, in original condition. For sizing help, email hello@oumojewelry.com first — our team, including professional piercers, can recommend a better fit with up to four size options based on your feedback.

Ship-out deadline: Once your return is approved, you must ship the package within 7 business days. This refers to the date you send it out (the postmark/drop-off date), not the delivery or transit time. Returns shipped after the 7 business days window may be declined.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended if the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request through our Return Center before the withdrawal period expires. You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to piercing jewelry that has been worn or unsealed. This exception applies under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned items, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
