To see all your orders, click on “My Cart” at the top right-hand side of the page. Proceed to enter your address and delivery details to check out.
We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay & PayPal. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.
We ship worldwide. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in the currency that is based on your choice, for reference. Currency rates are updated from time to time.
No account is needed, but creating one makes it easy to view past orders, save shipping details, and track current deliveries.
To cancel your order, please notify us hello@oumojewelry.com within 12 hours after order has been placed.
No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period. This is because chances are that your order might have already been processed.
Accepted cancellations will be refunded in the form of store-credit.

Yes. We ship worldwide.
We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends. For sale period, festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We accept returns on all products within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to initiate a return, we're here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here's what you need to do:
1. Send us an email at hello@oumojewelry.com with your return request. Be sure to include your order number and the image of the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Our friendly support team will respond promptly with the next steps and all the details you need to complete your return.
3. Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue you refund of store credit, which you can use anytime for any of our products.

Metals and materials used are listed in the item's detail of each piece.
The bulk of our jewelry is made with stainless steel which will not tarnish or rust and considered hypoallergenic. For most people stainless steel is just fine, but if you have had reactions before to steel or have a severe nickel allergy it is best to stick with titanium.
Some pieces (mostly dangles and charms) are plated over brass/alloy which is durable but body oil, lotions, etc can wear the plating over time. Keeping the brass plated jewelry clean and away from chemicals will keep the jewelry from tarnishing. Pieces using brass are also listed in the item's description.
It is always recommended to keep your initial jewelry in your piercing until it is fully healed before switching to a new style.
Our pieces are crafted using high-quality gold plating and vermeil for a luminous finish. We do not currently offer solid gold designs.
With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty. Gold plating naturally wears over time, while sterling silver may develop a soft patina.
Avoid water, chemicals, and abrasives. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store each piece in its pouch or box when not in use.
We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or washing hands to prolong the finish and prevent tarnishing.
