Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Oumo is a global company with warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. Orders are routed from the warehouse best matched to stock and your delivery address.
Free shipping on all orders over $60 USD.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 72 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders that include customized pieces may need an additional 3–5 business days.
No customs surprises: Our shipping includes customs clearance and import duties. Customers pay no additional customs fees or import taxes — shop with confidence.
All orders ship express with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times and rates (shipping fee applies only when the free-shipping threshold isn't met):

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track in your account under My Orders. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and can't be guaranteed; during holiday seasons, delivery may take a little longer.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and safe drop spots, then contact us at hello@oumojewelry.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Address accuracy: Please provide complete address details (including street/building number). If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reship fee will apply.
