cute, i like it.. but easily shifts

i like it, but the stars kept coming unloosed and i lost them not even 1 hour into wearing it. good product, but needs improvement.

You sent the wrong item. There are no stars. It’s just a plain horseshoe and it won’t fit in my piercings it is not 20 gauge

A little disappointed in this item. The gem is now white. Its some kind of iridescent color. Makes the item look cheap. Pay close attention to the pictures shown bc it does have that weird iridescent tint.

Cute!

Not as hard to put on as many people say. I bought two star horseshoe rings, 6mm and 12mm, for my mid helix and conch. It fits perfectly with my mid helix and it was the hardest to twist on but I was able to eventually(with my fingers + short finger nails)! I would size down for the conch unless you want it to move around a lot and look like a normal conch ring(still looks cute just not want I envisioned), I think I'll purchase the 8-10 mm for my conch next time!

Broken 5 min after putting in

Won’t stay clasped and keeps falling out of my ear.

I used piercing floss to help get them in and it was super easy! Theyre super cute and fit in my ear nicely but the post is kinda long just to keep in mind!

I ordered the 12mm star horseshoes and emailed the customer service to check that was the right size for a nose piercing. They said they weren't sure but it should be ok so sent me those ones. When they arrived, they were unfortunately much too large so I emailed again to ask if there was any way to send them back and exchange them for the smaller size. They immediately responded saying they'd give me store credit so I could keep the ones I already had and get the correct size for free which was amazing!

I now have the 8mm ones in my nose and I love them and the 12mm in my ears. They are so lovely and really good quality, the customer service was so friendly and amazing, I really recommend this brand:) I also highly recommend getting the application tools, they make an incredibly fiddly, sometimes painful and very long process into something very quick and easy. They can also be used for other piercings and it's made changing them so much easier. Thank you oumo, a great experience all round🥰🥰

A couple of years ago I got a helix piercing. I have never liked the placement as it has not allowed me to wear the jewelry I wanted. I have since gotten a better placed piercing and the first one has just existed. Someone suggested I get a hoop with a charm but I never found anything I loved. Then one day while scrolling TikTok I saw the Stella, this cute little horseshoe with a gem on each end and a tiny charm. It was the first jewelry I was actually excited about. I ordered it and it arrived today. I will say it was very difficult to put in and I should have ordered the grab tool. But I must say it is SO CUTE!! For the first time I actually love my piercing!!! I hope they come out with more similar jewelry. This piercing is adorable and unique. I would love something in rose gold.
